Prize list which is issued conditionally on the show being held and subject to the rules orders and regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture or any special regulations of the Management Committee of the Society which Committee shall appoint judges and award premiums as they decide.

REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
1. Entry Fee shall be paid by cheque or Postal Order, crossed and made payable to the North Wales Show.
2. The Society reserves the right to cancel any breed section or class in which there are insufficient entries. In the event entry fee will be refunded.
3. All livestock intended for exhibition must be on the Show field by 9.00 am and
must remain on exhibition until 4.00pm
4. All sheep to be shown in accordance with their respective Flock Book Regulations. No colouring matter may be used on sheep entered.
5. All sheep entered will be subject to any Ministry of Agriculture Order governing
the dipping of sheep that may be in force.
6. The attention of exhibitors is drawn to the regulations for TAIL DOCKING which
came into effect on January 1st 1983.
7. Maedi Visna accredited Flock Scheme. Facilities exist to pen accredited sheep, but sheep from supervised flocks cannot be accepted. Any owner’s declaration (MV2OB) to accompany accredited sheep to the Show.
8. All sheep exhibited must be tagged an accompanied by a movement form.
