RHEOLAU / RULES & REGULATIONS

• Exhibitors are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these rules
• All exhibits are to be penned by 9.15am - judging to start at 10.00am - late arrivals will not be admitted
• Entry fees and a stamped addressed envelope to be enclosed with entries, please
• Free passes to the show will be issued to exhibitors whose entry fees total £4.00 (adults) £2.00 (Juniors)
• The Society will not be responsible for any loss or injury to an exhibit through accident or any other cause
• Classes may be split to the number of entries received
• Exhibitors are requested to state the breed and the sex of bird when this is not clear from the class they are entered, otherwise if the classes are split, entries which cannot be reclassified will be returned

The Show is held under the Poultry Club of Great Britain rules in addition to the rules and regulations of the North Wales Agricultural Society.
